In the event of a school closure, below are some assignments that students from Division 17 could continue to work on.
Writing and Literacy Activities
To access this document, enter the password: flood6. Students could complete one article/activity per day.
This is a multi-day writing project. Each day, students complete one section of writing and illustrate and colour a picture that corresponds to their writing.
Numeracy Activities
Each day, students should do 2 Math Minute sheets. The sheets start on page 8 of this document.
A fun activity that asks students to plan a vacation while practicing decimal operations.
A wide variety of activities working with decimal operations, fractions, and percentages. The menus for the restaurants are found at the end of this document.
